By visiting, booking, or participating in any Sásta Saunas experience, you agree to follow our terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide a safe and serene environment rooted in the tradition of wood-fired saunas and cold plunge therapy. Please follow our guidelines, posted rules, and instructions from staff at all times.

All bookings must be made online and are subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 3 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture. No-shows or late arrivals may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling. Memberships and gift cards are non-transferable and may have expiration dates as specified.

Guests must be 18+, unless 16+ accompanied by a legal guardian. We expect respectful, calm, and safe behaviour at all times. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.

We are a space for stillness, connection, and community. Disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Sásta Saunas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property loss or interruption of service.
