We understand that sometimes belongings are left behind in the pursuit of peace and stillness. Here’s how we handle lost items:
Sásta Saunas Lost & Found Policy
At Sásta Saunas, we understand that items can occasionally be left behind. We are committed to handling lost property with care and respect.
If you believe you’ve left something behind, please contact us within 7 days of your visit via email or Instagram DM with a clear description of the item. We will do our best to locate and securely hold the item if found.
Found items will be held for a maximum of 14 days.Items can be collected by arrangement at the sauna site during staffed hours. Perishable or hygienic items (e.g. food, towels, water bottles) will be disposed of daily for health & safety reasons.
Sásta Saunas is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them in your personal possession at all times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
