What should I bring?

Bring a towel, water bottle, swimsuit, and flip-flops. We provide everything else you need to relax.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time slot.

Can I bring friends?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to book for multiple people or use guest passes if you're a member.

How long does a typical session last?

Most sessions last 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to unwind and recharge.

What’s included in a session?

Each session includes full sauna access, shower facilities, and cold plunge access.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we offer on-site parking for members and guests.

Are children allowed?

Our saunas are designed for adults; guests must be 16+ unless stated otherwise.
