Your €15 shared session lasts 55 minutes, with access to the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge tubs, outdoor showers and rest area.

Do I have to do the cold plunge?

No. The cold plunge is optional. Enjoy the sauna, take breaks and spend the session at your own pace.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Shared sessions are open to solo visitors and friends alike. You’ll share the sauna with other guests.

How long does a typical session last?

Most sessions last 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to unwind and recharge.
